Wrist Fashion...Watches

Micheal Kors  'Bradshaw' Leather Strap Watch

I have to admit...not too long ago I was not into wearing watches...they kinda grew on me. I remember my mom always gave me watches and only wore them once in a great while.  I believe the last time I remembered wearing a watch was when I was in college.  Funny thing is that I never wore them to tell time because I have always used my cell phone.  I would just wear them as part of my accessories (some didn't even have battery anymore).

Now...I have fallen into the trend of the big boyfriend/fashion watches. At first I was reluctant to wear such a big statement on my arm but now it has become a must have in my daily routine. YES...I am obsessed and they have become part of my daily arm candy.

Designers are becoming very creative with their styles. They have all types of metals, colors, sizes and prices. So when looking for a fashion watch there are plenty of options for all types of taste and size of pockets. (Personally I prefer the not so large watches since I do have a very small wrist.)

I must confess that I am a little reluctant to pay $200-$500 dollars for a watch since I like changing my watches constantly. So I usually wait for Nordstrom Anniversary sale (mid July) where you can purchase a higher end watch (Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, etc...) for a great steal. Target has great dupes for some Michael Kors watches that are affordable to everyone.

Good luck finding your perfect new arm candy bestie.
